All domestic orders are shipped via UPS with tracking and insurance. We take great care in packaging each gemstone to ensure safe delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Yes! If you're based in New York City, we’re happy to arrange in-person pickup at our studio. Select the local pickup option at checkout, and we’ll contact you to coordinate a time.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been made. This policy is standard in the gemstone industry and ensures the integrity and provenance of each stone.
That said, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you have any questions about a stone before ordering—such as size, color, clarity, or suitability for a specific project—please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re happy to provide additional photos, videos, or measurements.

We take great care in packing every order securely, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
